Progetto per il nuovo stadio per 25.000 spettatori per la squadra di calcio del Mans ,realizzato in collaborazione con lo studio londinese HOK Sport. L'edificio, che sorge adiacente all'autodromo di Le Mans, diventa il nuovo simbolo dell'area e ne reinterpreta le caratteristiche principali. Sono previste anche suite private, diverse Lounges per il pubblico ed un albergo. Notevole attenzione è stata posta sia agli aspetti gestionali sia a quelli di sostenibilità ambientale.

Design for the new 25.000 specators Stadium in Le Mans. The facility, designed with the HOK Sport London pratice, next to the Le Mans Track will become a new icon reinterpreting the main features of the place. It includes private boxes, series of Lounges for the accreditated spectators and a hotel. Its design has been heavily influenced also by its multipurpouse use and by sustainability.
