The 60 floors Residential tower creates a distinguished simbol in Dubai. It rehinterprets the typical elements of arab architecture. The internal core allows full flexibility of the plant. Sustainability was a design driver: natural ventilation is ensured by the atrium and cross ventilation is allowed by the sky gardens.
