The design aims to translate the natural linear composition of Liguria into a dense urban setting in which the coast is connected with the town center through a mixed used neighborhood. The proposal allows each apartment to have a view towards the sea while creating a journey within the sitew that starts with an existing building used as a gateway, and ending with a hotel and spa.
