The Santa Giulia Arena is conceived to become the centrepiece of the XXV Olympic winter Games of Milano-Cortina in 2026.
The arena is conceived as a large transparent box in which only the seating bowl is fully opaque, leaving the multistorey foyer fully visible and open to the public every day at every time. The system of suspendend walkways supports a combiantion of always-open F&B concessions and retail, thus making the building live on even when no events are taking place at the venue. It will become an urban capacitor capable to become a new primary urban destination without however renouncing to offer the ultimate sports and entertainment experience.
The implementation of the latest technological solutions allows the arena to quickly transform and adapt to a variety of events.
