The design of the new CBZ Financial Centre in Pomona, Harare, will form a new campus and catalyst for CBZ and the district. Main aspects in our proposal are:
-To develop a high performance building through careful design considerations of the façade system and a sustainability and environmental strategy based on the principles of a circular design and cradle-to-cradle approach.
-To define an adaptable and flexible workspace strategy and mixed-use approach within the campus whilst also integrating landscaped areas into all areas of the development as a suitable environment for a professional, collaborative, inclusive and vibrant workforce.
